NOTE:  This phone line should not be used by current patients of the Block Center.  Current patients can receive more immediate attention by calling the numbers provided to you during your visit.  

Our Patient Advocates work for us, not a call center.  They have extensive knowledge of our program and the philosophy of The Block Center.  You'll speak to a live representative who can answer any non-clinical questions you may have. 

Our goal is to have Patient Advocates available to answer your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week however, this service is most heavily staffed Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm.  On evenings and weekends if a Patient Advocate is not immediately available please leave a message as, depending on staffing, one may be available to call you back in a short period of time.
