patients can receive more immediate attention by calling
the numbers provided to you during your visit.
Our Patient Advocates work for us, not a call center.
They have extensive knowledge of our program and the
philosophy of The Block Center. You'll speak to a
live representative who can answer any non-clinical
questions you may have.
Our goal is to have Patient Advocates available to
answer your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
however, this service is most heavily staffed Monday
thru Friday 9am to 5pm. On evenings and weekends
if a Patient Advocate is not immediately available
please leave a message as, depending on staffing, one
may be available to call you back in a short period of
time.
